This Code of Ethics is written to be binding all members of Kramerica in all categories such as directors, officers and employees and Kramerica s subsidiaries, as it will be explained in this code. If any member fails to comply with the code, the member may be grounds for disciplinary action such as dismissal, referral to the regulatory bodies, or any step where appropriate.
